KidVenture Day Care and Pre School is registered by Ofsted and supported by Warwickshire EYDCP. 

     All our staff are fully qualified to NVQ Level 2 and 3 (or equivalent) or are undertaking training for this qualification. 

     We hold First-Aid Certificates., Food Hygiene Certificate and Child Protection Certificates.  Our Staff regularly attend training on Behaviour Management, Health & Safety and curriculum based training events.

Our staffing ratios are:
1-3 for 3 to 18 mths
1-4 for 18mth to 3 year olds
1-8 for 3 to 8 year olds.

     The staff we employ at the nursery are all checked by OFSTED and hold enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks, as required by the law, this includes all students and volunteers directly involved with the children.
     The staff are all called by their first names and have been carefully chosen for their background in children and childcare
